Psychologist Session

Our Approach                            Our Team

We know how overwhelmed you may feel if you are considering using a Clinical Psychology service for the first time.

We all struggle with our physical health from time to time and need to see a Doctor, and our emotional health is also vulnerable. Life can be hard, and any one of us can be faced with distressing problems that threaten our emotional wellbeing or completely knock us off our feet.

Relationship difficulties, work-related stress or bereavement can affect us all from time to time. Sometimes anxiety can be overwhelming, or life can become burdensome to a point where we become depressed and find it hard to carry out our day to day activities.

Perhaps you've struggled for a number of years or maybe something has recently started to bother you that you would like to talk to us about.
